2017 HBA Annual Conference

At this time registration is now closed for the 2017 HBA Annual Conference as we have sold out of registration passes and Reading Terminal Market Reception tickets. Each fall, the HBA hosts hundreds of leaders from all sectors of healthcare, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, hospital, payers and service companies, who gather to build business connections for a sustainable leadership advantage, learn from thought leaders to broaden perspectives and to expand their business acumen.

 

More than 1000 attendees are expected for pre-conference seminars, exciting main-stage (plenary) presentations, more than 20 interactive workshops, multiple network-building opportunities and social events, exhibit hall, “Tri” movie viewing with panelpost conference sightseeing tour and more.

How to select your workshops

This year, the HBA is offering a selection of pre-conference seminars (additional registration fee applies) as well as three opportunities to take workshops. Here is the schedule:

Pre-conference seminars - Monday, 6 November, from 1:00- 4:00 PM
Workshop session 1 - Tuesday, 7 November, from 10:30 AM-12:00 PM
Workshop session 2 - Tuesday, 7 November, from 2:30-4:00 PM
Workshop session 3 - Wednesday, 8 November, from 8:30-10:00 AM

 

Registration fees

 

New this year: Any employee from a current HBA Corporate Partner company can register at the member rate. Find out if your company is a Corporate Partner here

2017 reg fees

Registration fee includes a reception on Monday night, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and breakfast on Wednesday. There is a reception planned at Reading Terminal Market for Tuesday night (additional fee required).

Cancellation/Refunds/Substitutions
Is this event refundable?  Yes
Please note: If a portion of your registration fee is covering HBA membership dues ($225 for nonmember registration, $175 for employee of a corporate partner registration) this is nonrefundable and nontransferable per the HBA refund policy
All requests must be submitted in writing via email to the HBA at hba@hbanet.org by 20 September, 2017 and are subject to a $75 USD admin fee. No refunds are available after 20 September, 2017. Substitutions are allowed at any time.

Photography Policy
By registering for this event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, videotaped, and/or audio-taped during the meeting and hereby give permission for your image, voice, or survey comments to be used in education, training, promotion, and/or trade and communications media by the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association in any and all media throughout the world, without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage.

COVID-19 Policy
