A unique offering exclusively for active HBA chapter volunteers, the HBA women in transition boot camp is a facilitated forum designed to allow participants to help each other and introduce the power of coaching around:
- creating transition as a positive experience
- defining your brand by tapping into where you have thrived
- understanding and articulating what you are looking for
- understanding and eliminating self-imposed barriers and limitations, and
- maintaining self-esteem by being your most powerful self
Learning objectives
1. Define / Refine your expectations about the transition process
2. Learn how to network at a more productive level with peers and build mutually beneficial relationships
3. Share best practices and provide encouragement and support
