HBA TORONTO PRESENTS

EmpowerMe Mentoring Workshop with Healthcare Industry Leaders

Planning your next career move and wondering what it takes to succeed in a career in the healthcare industry? New to the industry and looking to acquire skills desired for future generations? Or simply searching for guidance and mentorship from industry role models? At this workshop, industry leaders will share their lived experiences and career trajectories to impart wisdom and empower participants to take ownership of self-reflection and goal-setting.

The event starts with the opportunity to network with other attendees and to share your own experiences. Participants will then assume the role of mentee as they are divided into small groups and assigned to a table with an industry leader (table lead). You will listen to real life stories about success, career journeys, and the importance of mentorship while asking questions relevant to your own career goals. You will also explore mentorship opportunities within the HBA community.

Join us to be inspired, to meet influential mentors and role models, while connecting with like-minded individuals! Appetizers and beverages will be served.

Thank you to our generous sponsor: University Health Network (UHN) and The Pangaea Group!
