The program will consist of 3 sessions. You can join for one event, all of them and any between: Tailor the program to best fit your needs. Just be ready to do things you thought you never could!

Webinar topics:
26th September 2024 - Communicate your value with confidence
15th October 2024 – Elevate your influence and build impactful relationships
19th November 2024 – build habits for long-lasting success

In this second event of the series, Stefanie will dive into the neuroscience of influence and relationship-building. Discover how to increase your influence and impact applying the SCARF model (Status, Certainty, Autonomy, Relatedness & Fairness). Learn practical techniques for fostering trust, improving communication, and creating lasting, impactful relationships.

Meet the speaker: A lifelong learner, the red thread through Stefanie’s journey is bridging science, people and business. As Clinical Trial Head at Novartis, Stefanie was instrumental in the development and market preparation of the first transdermal patch for Alzheimer’s Disease, Exelon Patch. In this process, she found her second passion: working with professionals and enabling them to perform. Stefanie’s mission is to promote your success and happiness for yourself, the people around you and the patients we all serve. Her coaching methodology is based on neuroscience and cognitive psychology, and provides evidence-based techniques to drive positive change quickly; empowering individuals to navigate obstacles, and embark on a path toward sustainable personal and professional growth.
