Join the HBA Dublin chapter for a panel discussion with healthcare leaders on practicing allyship and creating inclusive workplaces. The discussion will focus on:
● What being an ally at work really looks like
● Creating a truly inclusive workplace culture
● How to achieve inclusive leadership

Learning Objectives

  1. Increase awareness of the importance and impact of allyship.
  2. Increase awareness of the need to advocate for groups that are different than your own.
  3. Discuss a roadmap for effective and not performative allyship.
