HBA GLOBAL PRESENTS

2026 HBA Global Mentoring Program

If you are an industry leader — or want to become one — here’s your chance to learn, grow, and forge meaningful relationships with others.

HBA Program Features
Mentoring: Meet with your small group or 1:1 relationship through November 2026 (you decide the cadence and meeting time that is right for you). US-based programs follow the group or circle format which consists of 2-4 mentees paired with 2 mentors. International programs typically follow a one-to-one format, unless you opt for group mentoring.
Mentee-Driven Approach: As a participant, you’ll set your goals and drive the direction of your mentoring sessions. We’ll equip you with possible topics, directions, articles to fuel your conversations.
Global Networking Sessions: Experience the power of expanding your network in real time and meet mentees and mentors from across the globe. (Optional)
Supplemental Educational Opportunities: The program will bring you food for thought, topics to discuss, based on real-world trends in the healthcare industry. (Optional)
Support: Your regional mentoring committee is available throughout the program for questions, guidance, or troubleshooting.

Each mentoring relationship functions independently, setting its own meeting dates, times, and locations. Most meetings take place virtually for ease of scheduling, however if you're interested in in-person meetings, please indicate this in your matching survey.
