Think Tank Thought Exchange: Leading the Next Normal

Healthcare is evolving faster than ever from AI-driven care and digital workflows to shifting workforce expectations and operational realities. Traditional leadership approaches are no longer enough to navigate this change.

This exchange leverages Think Tank data, expert insights, and interactive discussion to explore what it takes to lead through transformation in the age of the future of work. Participants will:

  • Review key findings from the latest Think Tank survey on leadership readiness, career mobility, and workforce capability
  • Hear from a featured thought leader on the skills, behaviors, and development strategies that prepare leaders for tech-enabled healthcare environments
  • Engage in a subscriber discussion, sharing experiences and uncovering opportunities to strengthen leadership development and performance feedback

By the end of the session, participants will leave with actionable insights to build a prepared, confident, and future-ready workforce, and strategies to align leadership practices with the demands of a rapidly changing healthcare ecosystem.
