HBA WIH GIVE BACK AFFINITY GROUP AND HBA SUBURBAN DELAWARE VALLEY PRESENT

Holiday Spirit Give-Back for Variety Club – The Children's Charity

This holiday event provides a unique opportunity to share in the spirit of giving back to a local non-profit, Variety – the Children’s Charity of Delaware Valley. The HBA Suburban Delaware Valley Chapter will participate in Variety’s annual Holiday Lane Extravaganza. We will decorate one of Variety’s summer camp cabins and decorate it with the theme of Healthcare Barbie – honoring healthcare employees who work tirelessly to keep us safe and to celebrate women everywhere.

Who is Variety and What is Holiday Lane?

Founded in 1935, Variety’s mission is to enrich the lives of young adults and children with disabilities by providing access to social, educational, and vocational programs that nurture independence and self-confidence, and prepare them for life. Variety serves people from ages 5 – 24 who present with a multitude of diagnoses, including those who are medically fragile, have rare disease, and those with traumatic brain injuries. Due to the unique needs of their population, Variety employs healthcare professionals who work onsite to ensure everyone receives the care they need, and the HBA chapter would like to support their efforts. Learn more about Variety’s mission here: https://varietyphila.org/who-we-are/

Variety’s annual Holiday Lane extravaganza is a three-day event. Variety welcomes visitors to drive and walk through their Montgomery County campus in Worcester, PA, full of decorated cabins, festive activities, and live entertainment for all ages!

The Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) does not endorse any particular charitable organization and is not liable for any claims, controversies, or disputes that may arise from your support of such organization.
