HB8 Los Angeles Supper Club with Vanessa Belozeroff and Lisa Mazzoni

Join us for an engaging group dinner where we will discuss ways to recognize career trajectories aligned with your interests, experiences, and opportunities, while also exploring effective goal-setting techniques. This gathering is designed as a space to foster the exchange of insights and advice, empowering each of us to seize control of our individual career journeys.

We will explore strategies for guiding your career journey, from entering the workforce to navigating all stages of your professional life.

About the Speakers:

Lisa Mazzoni formed Growth Collaborations LLC to help individuals, teams, and businesses achieve their personal and professional growth goals. Lisa is a supply chain expert who transitioned that experience into roles in operational excellence and business strategy and operations. After more than 25 years in the industry she has translated her knowledge into Growth Collaborations. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and an accredited Enneagram practitioner. Lisa is a long-time HBA member and currently advises the LA Chapter Board.


Vanessa Belozeroff is AVP of Program Leadership and Management at Organon. She brings more than three decades of expertise in strategic drug development and life cycle management across the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and scientific industries. She has held diverse roles innovating and leading for a function, at the program, across the portfolio and in business operations roles. Her experience has taken her through roles in R&D, commercial and manufacturing operations in both large and small companies. Vanessa is a 2021 HBA Luminary and is currently an LA Chapter Board advisor.

  • We will take care of the reservation and logistics, you bring your curiosity and enthusiasm. Registration fee covers administrative and chapter costs. Participants are responsible for their food and beverage costs. Out of respect for your fellow guests, please do your best to arrive on time.
