HBA OLD EUROPE PRESENTS

Resilience in Business: Key Factor to Personal and Team Success

Are you facing a volatile and complex working environment where you are confronted with lots of stress? High resilience is one possible answer to address pressure and uncertainties in your day-to-day job. Curious to learn more? Join our event on 6 April.

Kris Perquy, business coach, Strammer, will share his insights on one of todays’ most relevant topics in leadership - resilience. People in leadership positions have to deal with pressure in their day-to-day job. Resilience seems to be the key element to boost your individual and team performance in stressful times. Ideas and solutions around resilience focus on the level of optimism and helping yourself and teams to balance their heavy workload with effective recovery strategies. Kris will provide us with insights of a recent scientific research about resilience (e.g. how to avoid the generosity burn-out) and provides us with hints on how to improve our own resilience as a leader.
