HBA GLOBAL PRESENTS

2026 HBA Annual Conference

Future Focused. Impact Driven.

TheHBA Annual Conference is healthcare leadership’s premier gathering — designed to help leaders operate with foresight, influence change with authority, and build sustainable leadership impact across the ecosystem. Over three days, leaders engage in strategic dialogue, develop actionable insights, and expand influence across biotech, biopharma, medtech, digital health, research, and care delivery.

This event is intentionally structured around three defining questions that guide your leadership growth.

Monday, November 16 | Future Focused
Who must you become to lead what’s coming?

Healthcare is evolving faster than leadership models. Monday is about expanding perspective and strengthening the capabilities required for what’s ahead.

This is where you step back — and recalibrate.

Tuesday, November 17 | Impact Driven
How do you create meaningful change in complex organizations?

Execution determines credibility. Tuesday focuses on how leaders translate strategy into results.

This is where insight becomes activation.

Wednesday, November 18 | Build What Endures
What are you intentionally building toward next?

Long-term leadership requires direction and discipline.

This is where clarity sharpens trajectory.
