HBA INDIA PRESENTS

Women & Wellness Series: Practicing Mindfulness/Breathing & Decoding Stress Eating - Mind over Munch

Mindfulness meditation is a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body. It combines meditation with the practice of mindfulness, which can be defined as a mental state that involves being fully focused on "the now" so you can acknowledge and accept your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment. Join us to learn more about how to practice mindfulness meditation.

Good health is not just about food and exercise. Instead, health blossoms in the context of a calm and enjoyable relationship with food and movement, a healthy perception of our bodies, a resilient tolerance of stress and a kind and self-compassionate mindset.

Most modern day problems about weight-gain and lack of energy aren’t as much due to a lack of self-discipline, as they are due to a lack of self-awareness. As one works on increasing their self-awareness, every human has the capacity to build good habits and drop bad ones, when aided by a compassionate mindset.

In the health and fitness world, Jasneet Kaur Batth is a voice of simplicity and compassion in the choppy sea of dieting, superfoods and food restrictions.

Inside her coaching practice, HabitsOverDiets, she helps women unpack their eating psychology, overcome the dieting mentality and embrace good health and habits for the long run and sustainability. Today, Jasneet’s sought-after habit-building and weight-loss programs serve women from a dozen countries.

Participants will walk away feeling relieved and encouraged that the solutions to stress eating can be very simple and doable, even while handling chaotic schedules.

So let’s unravel the Mindful Eating and begin our wellness journey….
