In the hyperconnected world today, we are constantly exposed to a multitude of attitudes, behaviours and standards. In all aspects of our lives, from local communities to corporate boardrooms, from the domestic environment to even sports teams, diverse thinking is ever present. However, for some, diverse input is perceived as complications that is complex to reconcile. In the highly pressured workplace environment, this perception may lead to prolonged timelines, slow progress and more importantly, missed opportunities.
In our fast-paced world, inclusive decision-making is no longer a desirable option. It is truly a necessity to solve for challenges of all sizes. More interestingly, it has been shown to be the best way forward in uncovering hidden opportunities.
However, Inclusive decision-making does not happen overnight. It requires a shift in attitudes and behaviours over a sustained period. This uncharted territory leaves many stalled at only showing numbers.

Your registration allows you to watch a live stream of the Opening Remarks, Panel Discussion and Q&A starting at 5 pm CET.
Your registration allows you to participate in the full event including Panel Discussion, Q&A and Networking. Light refreshments will be provided. The event will take place in Novotel Brussels Airport (address: Da Vincilaan 25, 1831 Brussels). On arrival, please announce yourself at the Novotel reception. On-site parking is available but limited.
