HBA BRUSSELS PRESENTS

HBA Brussels and Johnson & Johnson - United We Stand, Divided We Stumble: Inclusive Decision Making

In the hyperconnected world today, we are constantly exposed to a multitude of attitudes, behaviours and standards. In all aspects of our lives, from local communities to corporate boardrooms, from the domestic environment to even sports teams, diverse thinking is ever present. However, for some, diverse input is perceived as complications that is complex to reconcile. In the highly pressured workplace environment, this perception may lead to prolonged timelines, slow progress and more importantly, missed opportunities.

In our fast-paced world, inclusive decision-making is no longer a desirable option. It is truly a necessity to solve for challenges of all sizes. More interestingly, it has been shown to be the best way forward in uncovering hidden opportunities. However, Inclusive decision-making does not happen overnight. It requires a shift in attitudes and behaviours over a sustained period. This uncharted territory leaves many stalled at only showing numbers. Embracing diversity in decision-making leads to valuable insights from others' successes and opens doors to fresh opportunities in areas like supply chain management, employee value, process efficiency, strategic market access, and robust research and development.

Join us as expert speakers share their experiences and unveil the guiding principles they've adopted in their own practice of inclusive decision-making. This event promises to equip you with a deep understanding and real-life examples of how to integrate inclusive decision-making into your daily life, to create a brighter future for all.

Mark your calendars for November 28th, and elevate your success by cultivating new habits and connecting with a community of like-minded individuals. See you there!
