Overcoming Self-Limiting Barriers to Success: What Would You Do If You Weren't Afraid?

This event has reached capacity and is now closed for registration. We apologize for any incovenience.

Event description
Just as a portrait reveals the artist’s vision, your personal internal assessment reveals strengths, weaknesses, boldness and subtlety of your personality. Together, these elements create the canvas from which you paint the portrait of your future. But is your palette limited? We often underestimate how our belief system is at the core of every decision we make. It can create barriers to achieving goals and dreams and allow others to define us. The best protection against career-sabotaging mistakes is self-awareness. Using real life stories, best practices and tactical tips, this presentation will help you to showcase your unique abilities and differentiate your personal brand so that you no longer have to compete. With greater self-awareness of how to move from fear to courage, from uncertainty to confidence and from invisible to memorable, you’ll walk away knowing how to frame the picture you want others to see.

Learning objectives
1. Recognize, manage and move beyond self-limiting beliefs and barriers
2. Identify your unique abilities and showcase your value proposition
3. Leverage best practices for building and sustaining a consistent and commanding leadership brand
