Please join us for a structured networking event! Watch an impactful TED talk on "power posing" with fellow HBA members and break out into small groups for a meaningful discussion on the topic. This event provides the opportunity to virtually network with other members while providing structure to learn from one another's perspectives and experiences. Below is the description of the TED talk: “Body language affects how others see us, but it may also change how we see ourselves. Social psychologist Amy Cuddy argues that "power posing" -- standing in a posture of confidence, even when we don't feel confident -- can boost feelings of confidence, and might have an impact on our chances for success.”
