Enhancing your Life: Driving Meaningful Change as a response to COVID
It's easy to feel lost and confused at the moment. You may have just lost the job you thought was 'safe' - the job that gave you the regular income, the job you sacrificed your dreams and values for - because of the pay-off of financial security. Or you may be rather enjoying a different kind of life now you're furloughed or forced to be working from home - one in which you get to spend time with your family, one in which you have time to think, breathe even, one that has you starting to question your life prior to all of this happening.
During this workshop, Author and Leadership & Life Coach will explain that whatever your situation, now could be an opportunity for you. An opportunity to ask those questions. An opportunity to clarify what exactly you do want to return to. An opportunity to finally pursue your dreams (you know, the one you've never had time to sit down and focus on for years). An opportunity to finally start honouring your values and start designing a full, rich life of more meaning.
After participating in this program, you will be able to...
1. Clarify your life and career vision
2. Identify your values
3. Name the one big fear that's been holding you back - and start moving it out of the way!
