Join us for this lively discussion related to Women in the Workplace during a global pandemic. This crisis we face today has created an environment that holds more questions than answers. Each member of every household is affected by this pandemic, but women are facing career lag in the workplace due to domestic burden or having to leave jobs altogether to focus more on family. Some are pushing themselves to overwhelming limits just to keep up. For most of us, daily life and work life does not look the same. Sharing these experiences with each other allows us to be a part of a warm community to discuss our shared challenges as women in the workforce. Collectively, as our local, state-wide, national and worldwide HBA community; we can learn from each other and thrive together.

The HBA is a united force and Dare to Care is a channel to unite us. It is an opportunity to come together to share daily life’s insights, identify lessons learned, brainstorm solutions to the common, persistent challenges and discover how we can manage through this together. These sessions will reinforce the HBA’s core goals to strengthen women’s networks, make new connections and generate new ideas related to personal and professional life.

HBA NNJ believes leadership is not time-bound but a full-time commitment that takes initiative. The HBA looks to lead its members into conversations with each other; to speak to regular, daily challenges faced by each other, and to encourage authentic, transparent, and transformative thought and connections.
