Join us for this lively discussion related to essentialism and self-care in this hybrid environment as we “return to normalcy”. The crisis we have faced the past 2 years has created a new environment that holds more questions and many different experiences. For most of us, daily life does not look the same in this hybrid environment and the uncertainty can be overwhelming. Essentialism is a way to find what truly matters and make time for yourself - self-care specially to energize, exercise, and practice good health. Collectively, as the local, state-wide, national, worldwide HBA community, we can learn from each other and thrive together.
The HBA is a united force and Dare to Care is a channel to unite us. It is an opportunity to come together to share daily life’s insights, identify lessons learned, brainstorm solutions to the common, persistent challenges and discover how we can manage through this together. These sessions will reinforce the HBA’s core goals to strengthen women’s networks, make new connections and generate new ideas related to personal and professional life.
