Given the ongoing health pandemic in the U.S. over the past several months, individuals have been confronted with a host of personal and professional challenges. While many continue to work virtually, employees face challenges in navigating their career paths with limited face-to-face interactions, and in establishing and growing their executive presence and leadership skills while in a remote environment. Join the NNJ Dare to Care: Virtually Navigating Your Career open forum to share experiences and discuss ways to effectively define and navigate your career in the absence of direct human interactions resulting from recent remote working arrangements. Collectively, as the local, state-wide, national, worldwide HBA community, we can learn from each other and thrive together.
The HBA is a united force and Dare to Care is a channel to unite us. It is an opportunity to come together to share daily life’s insights, identify lessons learned, brainstorm solutions to the common, persistent challenges and discover how we can manage through this together. These sessions will reinforce the HBA’s core goals to strengthen women’s networks, make new connections and generate new ideas related to personal and professional life.
HBA NNJ believes leadership is not time-bound but a full-time commitment that takes initiatives. The HBA looks to lead its members into conversations with each other; to speak to regular, daily challenges faced by each other, and to encourage the authentic, transparent, and transformative thought and connections.
