In today’s world of distributed work and constant change, one of the most critical skills is the ability of an individual to collaborate effectively with colleagues, and often to help lead teammates and teams towards crucial work outcomes. This workshop will equip you with a set of insights and techniques to enhance how you facilitate inclusive climates, maximize everyone’s contribution, and create climates for optimal collaboration. The results are dynamics that produce important results and enhance your visibility and reputation as a person who can work with anyone, anytime, in many different contexts. As part of this workshop, there will be breakout sessions to network and practice the skills learned in this workshop.
