The Switzerland Roundtable discussion sessions bring together the three Swiss-based HBA chapter members as a confederation of talent.

There is no denying that the impact of COVID-19 has brought many challenges to companies, large and small. However, it has also driven new working practices and mindsets in leaders and employees, that can be a catalyst for organisations to accelerate their pursuit of inclusive cultures and equality. Deborah Croft will dive into the opportunities for new ways of working and the skills required by all, to maximise this opportunity for positive change.

You will have the chance to exchange experiences and brainstorm on the topic, as well as network with other HBA members in Switzerland. You do not need to have participated in the first Roundtable event in May to attend this one.

Deborah Croft is one of the co-founders of Thriving Talent, a consultancy whose team helps companies implement ‘caring and career’ as a human capital strategy and a CSR, to drive gender parity and equality. Empowering individuals to have the choice to fulfil both caring responsibilities (be it for children, ageing parents, sick relatives etc.) without career suicide; has been Deborah's personal mission since 2010, here in Switzerland.
