OVID-19 has changed our lives. Due to the “stay at home” mandate, our lives moved from “in-person” to “online” overnight which has affected all aspect of our lives. Men and women, adults and children, leaders and co-workers, family, and friends, are each faced with personal and professional challenges. We invite you to join the NNJ HBA Dare to Care social networking forum focusing on ”Family and Community” where members will have the opportunity to come together to share daily life insights, brainstorm solutions to common challenges. We mostly intend for this to be a a shared space to connect with a supportive group, to commiserate with others, and support each other as we manage through this together. We will Learn, Empower, and Inspire one another to move forward.

The HBA is a united force for change and Dare to Care is a channel allowing change to happen. Learn steps you can take to help cope with stress and sustain your personal well-being — mind, body, spirit, and beyond.
• Strengthen your network, make new connections, and generate new ideas related to personal and professional life
• Hear how to embrace new restrictions and, when returning to life as we know it
• Leverage new-found benefits of working from home: flexible work hours, no commute time, larger pool of job opportunities and larger talent pools for employers
• Raise concerns and challenges of the return to work office environment, as well as schools in establishing a new norm with families
• Communicate and demonstrate new measures you have taken to drive more value in your life
• Reflect on and strengthen your relationships by understanding the issues and stressors that have had the most impact

Dare to Care will allow us to collaborate and get to know one another as we all address today’s common “crisis” and find ways to adapt. Come together as an HBA community to explore valuable lessons that will guide our thinking for generations to come.
