COVID-19 has changed the way we work and interact with others. At this highly anticipated event, we will discuss the effects of COVID-19 on people’s well-being, especially around mental health in the workplace, with two people who have been on the front lines of COVID-19. Chris Meno, PhD (Psychologist and Associate Director at Indiana University Counseling and Psychological Services [CAPS], a division of the Student Health Center on the IU Bloomington campus), and Aaron Carroll, MD, MS (Professor of Pediatrics, Associate Dean for Research Mentoring, and the director of the Center for Pediatric and Adolescent Comparative Effectiveness Research at Indiana University School of Medicine, as well as Vice President for Faculty Development at The Regenstrief Institute), will speak about their experiences dealing with COVID-19 at their workplaces and beyond to help attendees understand how we can better support our colleagues and direct reports during this unprecedented time.
