Come join HBA Houston as we discuss the importance of having a solid Individual Development Plan (IDP) in place that focuses on your career and personal aspirations and goals. An IDP is not a performance evaluation tool or a one-time activity. It involves preparation and continuous feedback. Our dynamic panel of HR professionals will share some of their observations, diverse experiences, and advice to help us get more proficient at building a solid IDP. This educational webinar will also focus on mentorship, sponsorship and how you can incorporate both in your IDP.

5:30 - 5:40 PM - Welcome and Introductions
5:40 - 6:10 PM - Panel discussion
6:10 - 6:25 PM - Q&A
