Join us for this HB8 event where we will discuss ways to encourage equity in the workplace. Debbie Williams, NCHI chapter Membership and Volunteer Engagement DAL, and Chris Shumard-Sauer, Midwest Regional President of Membership and Volunteer Experience, will be your hosts for a small in-person interactive session where we will be exploring the 2023 International Women’s Day theme, #Embrace Equity. We will share experiences and ideas on how we can personally make a difference in our workplace to cultivate an environment where all employees feel welcome and can thrive and grow.
