Join ImprovEdge for an interactive and engaging session on how we can use the tools of improvisation to drive inclusive behaviors that create stronger leaders, teams, and organizations. Companies that focus on diversity and inclusion survive organizational challenges with more resilience. To address the root causes of missed inclusion opportunities, individuals and teams must address the unconscious biases they bring into work, into every decision and interaction that creates their workplace culture.
How do we unravel the cognitive reactions that underpin micro-judgments we make and how these decisions affect trust, loyalty, and talent retention among employees?
