The Circle of Advisors Program combines intimate peer-to-peer engagement with executive coaching facilitation to support the leadership growth interests of individual participants while fostering group learning, deep connections and expanded network development. This strategically paced program emphasizes practical learning that will help you understand the nuances you need to become empowered and position yourself to achieve your goals. During this exciting program, you will be joined by senior level women to cultivate a braod ranging of meaningful relationship external to your companies. Every elements of Circle of Advisors Program is focused on strengthening you leadership talents.
Additional Information
The HBA NY/NJ/CT regional Circle of Advisors Program is in its 9th year and is designed for women executives who are employed or recently in transition from senior level roles at a pharma/biotech/industry supplier/agency/device or other healthcare industry organizations. Industry titles eligible for the Circle of Advisors Program includes: Chairman, President, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Associate Vice President, Executive Director, and Senior Director or Equivalent. On the agency/service provider side, senior leaders of practices of 15+ employees are invited to apply; eligible levels include Chairman, President, Partner, and Managing Director or equivalent.
