In today’s high-stress COVID-19 reality, professional success and your own peace of mind are dependent on developing mental skills and helpful rituals that support you. You could be feeling overwhelmed with responsibilities, both at work and home, that have you feeling like you are drowning in to-dos, deadlines and expectations from others.
In this session, Elizabeth Prather, Mindfulness Consultant and Mentor, will share:
- Mental strategies to help you enhance your own self-care so that you can be the best version of yourself – for you and for others
- A mindfulness meditation practice to enhance self-awareness, focus, and peace of mind
- Mindful tips to enhance your work effectiveness – and help cope with Zoom overload!
