We apologize for the inconvenience but this event has been postponed, and will be rescheduled for a later date (TBD).

For this New Year launch of the HBA Brussels chapter, we will have the opportunity to meet and discuss the impact of unconscious biases in organisations. Unconscious biases are learned stereotypes that have been ingrained in our brains. They are unintentional and yet massively influence our judgement and behaviors, often leading to involuntary discrimination. Creating awareness is a fundamental first step towards the elimination of potential discriminatory behaviors.
Ceren Ozturk, Subject Matter Expert and Speaker in Leadership Development and Diversity and Inclusion, will guide us through the discussion.
