Take Broadway by storm at the 31st annual HBA Woman of the Year on 29 April among a veritable who’s who in the healthcare and life science industry. Celebrate excellence in leadership and the relentless pursuit of gender parity exhibited by our honorees:

We will also recognize over 100 Rising Stars and Luminaries for their outstanding performance, leadership and contributions to the industry. Preferred elite: Guests purchasing in this tier will be placed at tables in the center section of the Broadway Ballroom. 

Elite: Guests purchasing in this tier will be placed at tables on the sides of the Broadway Ballroom. Note: tables in this section may have an obstructive view of the stage.

Registration information - All Tables are sold out. Individual seats remain.

You will need to create an account if you are a new user.

Indicate your seating preference in one of the following specialized areas: advertising/marketing, clinical development, consulting, entrepreneurs, finance, IT, sales, or sciences or indicate if you have no preference. If you would like to sit with a specific person/company, please let us know. We will accommodate all requests to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee.

Cancellations/Refunds  

Confirmed registrations may cancel and receive a full refund (minus $150 USD administrative fee) until 1 April 2020. A completed cancellation form must be received in writing via email to hba@hbanet.org no later than 1 April 2020. Registrants who do not cancel by 1 April 2020 and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee.

Substitutions  

Confirmed registrations may substitute their registration by 8 April 2020. A completed substitution form must be received via email to hba@hbanet.org no later than 8 April 2020. After 8 April 2020, all registration substitutions must be made on-site at the HBA Woman of the Year registration desk.

Please note, once you have purchased your table please assign each seat to your guests. Please be sure to assign your seats by the deadline of Friday, 10 April 2020.
