Industry expert and life coach, Matthew Jonas will lead us through a 90 minute event providing tools for practicing mindfulness that can integrate with your work and home life. He will show you how to create a personal mindfulness plan to follow.

This is part three of our Career Development series. In part one, you learned how to carve that career path. Part two focused on preparing your resume to get the interview and learning how to navigate the interview. In part three, learn mindfulness techniques to boost creativity and productivity at work, and to be happy in life.
