Please join us for a wonderful lunch and outstanding interactive presentation on leadership presence by executive coach Roberta Fiore Kittell. Executive presence is creating impactful moments and experiences to quickly gain and sustain credibility, influence and trust in the eyes of others. We’ve all witnessed that moment when a leader walks into a room and instantly attracts intense, positive attention. The air shifts. Heads turn. People gravitate toward them in the conversation circle. In short, they have a “wow” factor and that “wow” factor is called “executive presence.”

Executive presence challenges you to increase your awareness on the definition of executive presence and begin the development of behaviors to increase your executive presence specific to your environment and the stakeholders you hope to impact.

Using a variety of instructional methods, this highly interactive session will engage the participant to increase their personal awareness of what executive presence needs to be for their individual role.

Building on this foundation, the participant will build a plan of action to start having a greater impact as a leader. Register today.

2. Recognize four key elements of executive presence: connectivity, credibility, confidence and communication.
