With less than six months to go until Britain's legal exit from the EU on 29 March 2019, and a no deal scenario very much still a possible outcome, life sciences companies need to have a plan in place accounting for every possibility. A no deal scenario would have a significant impact on both the EU and UK markets and may result in:

     • Medicines batch tested and released in the UK not able to be sold within the EU
     • Disruption to clinical trials due to issues with IMP or comparator product supply
     • Confusion over the status of EU nationals resulting in gap in healthcare staff
     • Delays in the delivery of raw materials and packaging causing stock outs of finished goods
     • If EMA approval not valid in UK, pharma companies may not seek approval in the UK for new drugs

Join HBA London, Four Health Media and a fantastic panel of speakers from across the industry for a focused discussion on how Brexit will affect the UK and EU life sciences industries.
