2. Communicates effectively

A year ago most of us had little experience with videoconferences. Now they fill up our workday. But one thing hasn’t changed. For women in business, the struggle to be heard remains a persistent problem, and videoconferences make it even easier to be ignored or talked over. To make matters worse, cameraphobia can erode confidence, and make it even harder to be heard.
In this webinar we'll bust some myths about videoconferences, and discuss 4 practical things you can do in every online meeting or presentation to make your voice heard.

Our speaker: Tony Brazelton has a wild and crazy professional background. He has been a biochemist, a manager of projects, a manager of people, a process improvement consultant, a change management consultant, a corporate trainer, and a semi-professional boomerang thrower. After 21 years in the corporate world, Tony launched his own enterprise to provide training, coaching and consulting on leadership and people management. Tony lives in Greenwood, Indiana, USA with his wife, two teenage kids, and Wally the American Short-Haired Cuddledog.

You can connect with Tony at his website or on LinkedIn.
