HBA LOS ANGELES PRESENTS

Prioritization in a rapidly changing and unpredictable environment

The healthcare industry has seen unprecedented change in recent years due to new technologies, the use of data, and breakthrough treatment options becoming available. More recently, the events of 2020 have introduced even more accelerated and dramatic changes to how healthcare is accessed and consumed. COVID-19 has made it clear that while we can not necessarily predict what the future holds, we can learn to navigate and succeed in an unpredictable environment. During this one-hour panel discussion, you’ll hear how applying prioritization and nimble business planning can become a competitive advantage that allows you to meet the needs of customers and patients during uncertain times. Additionally, the group will discuss approaches to focus your team on what is most important and rally them around a clear objective.

Panelists:
Tiffany Nikkel - Head of Sales, Neuroscience Business Unit at Amgen
Jalé Güner - Executive Director, Clinical Operations at Retrophin
Sophia Sharp-Donaldson - Sr. Director/Head Global Strategic Sourcing & Procurement at Kite Pharma

.Moderator: Shannon Topinka –Project Management Consultant, IPM
