The Executive Exchange is a unique, selective program for executive women and men looking to advance their own careers and propel women to leadership positions in healthcare companies and boards.

This eight-month program will kick off in February 2021 and run through September 2021. The program is limited to c-suite, SVP and VP level (in role for at least 1 year) by nomination only and will host one event per month. Program events may consist of five roundtables, three large events (inclusive of all participants) and two optional networking events. Please note that all events will be virtual until in-person events resume (as determined by HBA).

In 2021, the HBA New England Executive Exchange program is piloting a virtual Roundtable with participants outside of New England. All events planned in this pilot will be scheduled in EST.

The purpose of the HBA New England Executive Exchange program is to drive diversity in thought and leadership in the healthcare and life sciences industry by:
• expanding executive networks
• accelerating career advancement
• building resilience and leadership capabilities
• supporting gender parity at the highest levels

Participation in this invaluable program will help you:
• cultivate strategic connections resulting in high-value relationships
• accelerate the advancement and impact of women into key leadership roles, including c-suite and boards
• fuel insight and problem-solving on challenges uniquely faced by executives
• foster executive resilience during these times of change and innovation

Executive Exchange Process:
Step 1 - Participants complete the appropriate questionnaire:
   •  Executive Exchange Referral Form
   •  Executive Exchange Nomination Questionnaire
Step 2 - Eligible participants are interviewed to understand program design and commitment
Step 3 - Accepted participants receive information to complete registration and pay program registration fee

Program information:
Registration fee: $1,750 program fee + HBA membership (if you are currently a non-member)

NOTE: Accepted participants will have until 1 March 2021 to withdraw from the program and receive a full refund of their program fee only. This is an HBA members-only program, and participants must be/become HBA members to participate. If you are accepted into the program, elect to participate and are not already a HBA member, you must join the HBA prior to attending the program kickoff. HBA membership fees are non-refundable.
