Please join HBA Charlotte for a virtual panel with Dr. Jerome Williams Jr., Senior Vice President of Consumer Engagement at Novant Health, and Brisa Hernandez, Director, Community Health at Atrium Health. Our local healthcare experts will discuss the intersectionality of issues such as local health disparities, health equity, social justice, community partnerships, and the need for healthcare innovation that addresses social determinants of health. You will gain insights about what you can do to help bridge the gap for social and healthcare needs in our community.
