The event is designed to help you learn more about building and strengthening resiliency. You will receive education surrounding the five pillars of resiliency: Meaning, Self-Care, Relationships, Self-Awareness, and Optimism. Nick will provide a deep dive into two of the core pillars with actionable ideas to implement in your daily life.
