HBA NEW ENGLAND REGION PRESENTS

Accelerate Your Career Growth Through Mentoring Relationships

Have you been seeking career guidance, but don’t know where to look? How to start? Who to ask? You may be looking for mentorship! Mentoring relationships are powerful drivers for personal and professional growth at any point in your career. They encourage us to lean into challenges, take risks, and develop our leadership voices.

In this program, Erin McKay from Scismic will present strategies to identify what qualities make for a strong mentor-mentee relationship, how to engage mentors and formalize the mentoring relationship, and will discuss the value of finding a mentor. There will also be a spotlight on a successful mentoring relationship featuring Susan Diclemente and Crystal Shih so you can learn more about best practices for both mentor and mentee. At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to network in small breakout sessions to help expand your network and discuss how you can apply these mentorship strategies to accelerate your career.

Please join the Boston University Graduate Medical Sciences Professional Life and the HBA New England Tomorrow’s Executives affinity group for this exciting program!
