Career development is now up to the individual. You must chart your own road map for career development in order to be resilient when the job market fluctuates wildly. In this education event, you will learn how to develop a career strategy that helps you achieve personal and professional success. Marlene will review different career strategies, the steps required to develop a career strategy as well as the importance of communication as part of your career strategy.
