Join us for the last in a series of three Swiss Roundtable events this year. Carl has spent 30 years working in and for large and small corporates in the pharmaceutical space. No stranger to mega negotiations and dispute resolution he teaches about conflict in the workplace at the University and for HBA. In this interactive event we will look at a model of conflict management, consider listening skills and how to improve communication, as well as digging a bit more into why things are hard when working online and what we can do about it, personally and through system tools and workspace facilitation.
