Men as Allies

As we celebrate International Women’s Day, HBA will partner with Stephen Frost to develop a virtual workshop tailored to engage and understand personal contributions to developing Men as Allies in the workplace. Our objective is to shed light on this very important initiative and provide clarity around what allyship looks like in the workplace and how men can position themselves to become better allies to women to advance their leadership opportunities.

Stephen will guide us through key concepts of D&I, and allyship, and provide simple strategies we can adopt to encourage allyship and advance women’s leadership in the workplace. Through this workshop, the participant with gain insights on how you can lead the conversation and build strategies that can benefit both men and women in the organisation.
