The broken rung refers to the phenomenon where women, especially women of color, don't get promoted as often as men, preventing them from reaching the top. Research conducted by McKinsey & Company and show that for every 100 men promoted and hired to manager, only 72 women are promoted and hired. Join Erin Lavelle and Vanessa Nortey in a candid discussion on addressing fixing the broken rung and getting to gender parity.
