In celebration of International Women's Day, we present this series of table talks on topics of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Join one or more of these small group events for an intimate discussion on current event topics with leaders across different organizations.

The broken rung refers to the phenomenon where women, especially women of color, don't get promoted as often as men, preventing them from reaching the top. Research conducted by McKinsey & Company and LeanIn.org show that for every 100 men promoted and hired to manager, only 72 women are promoted and hired. Join Erin Lavelle and Vanessa Nortey in a candid discussion on addressing fixing the broken rung and getting to gender parity.
