HBA AMSTERDAM PRESENTS

Let’s talk money: How to succeed in your salary negotiations

IMPORTANT: The Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA) requires that all persons who participate in in-person events do so at their own risk and that each participant agrees to the following agreement prior to taking part in the activity and urges all participants to act in such a manner as to protect their own safety and the safety of others.

By registering for this event, I fully understand that my participation in the program is purely voluntary. I desire to participate and agree to act in a reasonable and prudent manner under the circumstances. I further understand that any HBA volunteers participating in the activity will be acting in an individual capacity only and will not represent the HBA. As a condition to my participation in the activity, I waive and release the HBA and their officers, employees, and agents from any claim that I may have for any damage to property or injury to my person that may result in whole or in part from my participation.

Join the HBA Amsterdam, Pfizer Netherlands and featured guest speaker, Dianne Baunbaek, Diagnostics Lead at J&J – as she leads a discussion on salary negotiation strategies. She has worked in the private sector for over 10 years and has been involved in many salary negotiations. Additionally, she has coached and mentored countless females in salary negotiations. This hybrid networking event will provide you with a perspective on how to tackle salary negotiations and insights into how you get paid your worth. We will discuss how to research your target salary and strategies for highlighting your accomplishments to negotiate for fair pay. We will also share the findings of the salary benchmark survey in the Netherlands, powered by HBA Amsterdam. Visit the HBA Amsterdam exclusive community to participate in the survey and stay in the know.

The event is part of a three-episode series, focusing on financial inclusion for employees and organisations by exchanging best practices and experiences from the collective wisdom of the HBA Amsterdam community.
