HBA SOUTHEAST REGION PRESENTS

Thriving in Changing Environments

Resistance to change is normal. How a leader reacts, processes, and guides others through change says a lot about how they lead. Understand how worldviews affect our ability to change. We’ll explore and learn the stages, common feelings, and reactions to change. We’ll also dive deep into coping skills, but also healing skills needed in today’s world, which will help you to thrive as a leader, and more importantly as a grounded person.
