HBA SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA PRESENTS

Executive Coach Mastermind program: Step Boldly through the Chaotic World with Resilience

Join Executive Coach, Susan Ordway, to develop the tools and skills that will enable you to thrive – and not just survive – in our chaotic world that challenges your already-busy schedule.

Learn how to take charge of a dynamic system in our mind and body that you can cultivate and nurture: your resilience.

We’ll review mindset hacks, wellness tips, and mindful awareness, so you can become more confident and avoid depletion as you navigate your busy days and weeks.

We will step through these three areas of resilience, give examples, and take note of how we’re doing in each area of our own lives.

You will come away from the workshop with tactics and strategies on how to nurture your resilience and feel better equipped to handle future challenges.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
resilience
