Practicing self-care allows us to be more resilient and more able to handle life’s stresses such as those related to the current COVID crisis. The mind-body experience of yoga is a great form of self care. Whether you are brand new to yoga or looking for a way to ease back into your practice, this class will develop your strength, flexibility and stamina as you challenge your body and mind. This is a slower paced class which will allow you to refine the fundamentals of alignment using accessible poses that join the movement with the breath. No yoga mat or other equipment is necessary, although a carpeted surface is strongly recommended. Please dress comfortably.
