HBA EUROPE REGION PRESENTS

Male Allyship is an action, not a declaration: Insights from the C-Suite.

Gender equity in the workplace has profound benefits for all within it. However, the heavy responsibility in progressing systemic change has conventionally fallen on one group. It should not be this way. Male allyship is an important virtue to foster and encourage in this pursuit. This event sheds light on how this looks like among industry leaders. Paul Hudson, CEO at Sanofi, Stephen Frost, CEO at Included, together with Kathrin Schoenborn, Chair Emerita HBA Europe and longtime executive leader at Merck, will share their ambitions and personal experiences on this topic. We will gain an insight into how leaders show the way with their self-aware behaviours, intentional actions. More importantly, we will better understand their belief in the necessity for change. Hosted and moderated by HBA Europe's Impact Committee in honour of International Women's Day 2022, this event that will help shape the gender equity narrative for the healthcare and lifesciences industry.
