The way we work together evolves and develops on an ongoing basis. We are moving away from old structures towards more independence, personal initiative and responsibility for individual employees. But there is more to New Work but the buzzwords we often hear like agile or scrum. Which methods can you apply in your daily work and how do they foster work climate and performance?

Join HBA Berlin for an inspiring event on the future of work. Explore mindset, methods, best practices or how to create your perfect day in interactive workshops. You can choose two out of four workshops prior to the event onsite. Please note that the number of participants per workshop is limited. First come, first serve, so possibly you might be assigned to an alternative workshop.
